Tis’ the season! Netflix is getting really festive with its programming during the month of December. Big holiday specials like “A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter” hope to put viewers in joyous spirits.
On Dec. 25, sports fans have double action to celebrate with two big games featured for “NFL on Christmas” — the Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans game and the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game. That’s not it for sports; this month, six new “30 for 30” documentaries will be released; most relate to the NBA, while one focuses on the XFL.
Other awaited introductions to the streamer include “Squid Game” Season 2, Pablo Larraín’s “Maria” starring Angelina Jolie, Lisa Kudrow’s new comedy “No Good Deed” and Jamie Foxx’s latest comedy special “What Had Happened Was…”
