Peacock has released the trailer for “Teacup,” a new horror thriller series from James Wan‘s Atomic Monster, which has been adapted by showrunner Ian McCulloch.
Per the official logline, “‘Teacup’ follows a disparate group of people in rural Georgia who must come together in the face of a mysterious threat in order to survive.” Cast members include Yvonne Strahovski, Scott Speedman, Chaske Spencer, Kathy Baker, Boris McGiver, Caleb Dolden, Emilie Bierre and Luciano Leroux.
Executive producers include Wan, Michael Clear and Rob Hackett for Atomic Monster, Francisca X. Hu, Kevin Tancharoen and McCammon. “Teacup” is produced by UCP, a division of Universal Studio Group.
The first two episodes of the series, which was inspired by the novel “Stinger” by Robert McCammon, premiere on Peacock Oct. 10, followed by two new episodes every week through Halloween.

All 134 episodes of “Suits” are now available to stream via a new FAST channel on LG Electronics’ LG Channels service.
“Suits” follows Patrick J. Adams as Mike Ross, a college dropout who uses his photographic memory to weasel his way into a job with successful New York attorney Harvey Spector, played by Gabriel Macht.
The “Suits” FAST channel will be available on Channel 104 via LG Channels on LG Smart TVs.

Jim Keller has joined Fuse Media in the newly created position of chief revenue officer. Keller will be based in the company’s New York office.

HBO debuts its new series “Like Water for Chocolate” on Nov. 3. It is an adaptation of Laura Esquivel’s iconic novel “Como Agua Para Chocolate,” starring Irene Azuela, Azul Guaita, Ana Valeria Becerril, and Andrea Chaparro, alongside a stellar cast.
The show, which is executive produced by Salma Hayek Pinault, is set during the Mexican Revolution and highlights the struggles women faced at that time as they attempted to control their own destinies.
Azuela plays Mamá Elena, with Guaita portraying the beloved character Tita. Becerril gives life to Rosaura, Tita’s sister and rival in love, while Chaparro plays Gertrudis, another of Tita’s sisters. Andrés Baida plays Pedro, the object of both Tita’s and Rosaura’s affections; Ángeles Cruz portrays Nacha, Tita’s cook and mentor. Mauricio García Lozano appears as Don Pedro Múzquiz, Ari Brickman plays Don Felipe Múzquiz, and Louis David Horné plays Juan Alejandrez.

HBO announces the premiere of its limited series from Motive Pictures titled “Get Millie Black.” The five-episode series will debut on Nov. 25 from 9 to 10 p.m. on HBO and will be available to stream on Max. It will also air on Channel 4 in 2025.
The series follows an ex-Scotland Yard detective named Millie-Jean Black, who returns to Kingston to investigate missing persons cases. She finds herself trying to save a sibling who won’t be saved, trying to find a child who can’t be found, and attempting to solve a mind-bending case that tears her world apart—a case that will test her limits and strengths.
The show was created and executive produced by Booker Prize-winning author Marlon James. It stars Tamara Lawrance from “The Silent Twins,” Joe Dempsie from “Skins,” Gershwyn Eustache Jnr, and Chyna McQueen. The lead director is Leopoldo Gout, with Tanya Hamilton and Annetta Laufer also directing. Jean Luc Herbulot is a writer and co-executive producer alongside Jami O’Brien and Simon Maxwell. Other writers include Theresa Ikoko and Lydia Adetunji.

Streaming service Roku has launched the six-episode series “The Charlie Puth Show.” The comedy stars the singer/songwriter in a satirical take on the industry. The premise follows Puth as he attempts to elevate his status from pop star to a multi-hyphenated talent after being told that being just a pop artist is no longer enough.
The series features a group of artists with whom Puth has collaborated in the past, including several stars who help him master new areas of the industry by tutoring him on aspects like live television.
From showrunner Carrie Franklin, the series is executive produced by Franklin, David Collins, Rob Eric, Renata Lombardo, Michael Williams and Mikaela Puth.

Warner Bros. Animation announced the return of Velma. After two seasons on Max, an original adult animated Halloween special has been announced for release on Oct. 3, titled “Velma: This Halloween Needs to Be More Special!”
The star-packed cast remains the same, with Mindy Kaling voicing Velma, Glenn Howerton from “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” as Fred, Sam Richardson from “The Afterparty” as Shaggy and Constance Wu from “Crazy Rich Asians” as Daphne, among others.
The special centers around the gang trying to find a spell-book while being hunted by a vengeful spirit. They are on this mission without Velma, who has been taken, and they have 24 hours to bring her back. To top it all off, the annual Sexy Halloween party is approaching, and the gang is stressed.
The show is written by Charlie Grandy and directed by Adam Parton and Meg Waldow. It is developed by Grandy and executive produced by Grandy, Kaling, Howard Klein, Elijah Aron, and Sam Register, with co-executive producer Jessica Kumai Scott; supervising producer, Amy Winfrey; producer, Kandace Reuter; and co-producer, Greg Gallant.

Hulu has released the trailer for the new Bruce Springsteen documentary “Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band,” which premieres Oct. 25 on Hulu and Disney+.
Per the official logline, “‘Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band’ offers the most in-depth look ever at the creation of their legendary live performances, including footage of band rehearsals, backstage moments, rare archival clips and personal reflections from Springsteen himself.”
Grammy winner Thom Zimny serves as director and producer. Other producers include Springsteen, Jon Landau, Adrienne Gerard and Sean Stuart.
